We design targeted yoga programs tailored to your needs and skill levels, ensuring more effective results.In semi-private sessions, you can invite friends or family to share the private class, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of semi-private instruction while creating a special small group atmosphere. This also helps reduce the cost of each session as it’s shared among participants.Since semi-private classes consist of small teams formed by you and your friends or family, please coordinate the class schedule among team members and arrange sessions with the instructor. We adhere to the principle of “starting and pausing classes simultaneously” for all participants.
